This is what 1 week of juicing looks like: before juicing

For one person:
  • 85 apples
  • 5 avocados
  • 1 banana
  • 1 red beet
  • 1 medium bunch broccoli
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 5 medium cucumbers
  • 4 oz. kale
  • 2 lemons
  • 8 limes
  • 6 oz. mixed greens
  • 1 orange
  • 10 oz baby spinach leaves
  • 3 oz. alfalfa sprouts (could not find)
  • cinnamon powder
  • ginger root
  • parsley
  • yogurt with probiotics
  • ice
  • probiotics
  • spirulina
  • superfood greens powder
  • wheatgrass juice (we're doing powder because its easier)
The cleanse has 5 juices per day, plus two hot water drinks. After the first day or so, many people don't even bother drinking all 5 juices because they aren't hungry.

I'm feeling pumped again!
