What the?! I know, right?! How did cupcakes end up looking like cheesecake?
Apparently, I really shouldn't have overfilled the cupcake tins. I should have made 16 or 18 instead. That's what happens sometimes when I adapt...
I ended up smooshing everything together and adding a way too sweet cream cheese and Bailey's icing. It was kind of a sugar overload.
I'm not even going to post the recipe until I've got it right, because the cupcakes were phenomenal! Just needs tweaking...
